About
Upper Downer are a four-piece punk rock band based out of Los Angeles, California that includes lead singer and guitarist Chris Kehoe, drummer Kevin Froines, guitarist and backing vocalist Jesse Contreras, and bassist Bert Gragg. Since the band formed in 2017, they have played extensively throughout Southern California alongside local punk bands like Naked Aggression, Bad Cop Bad Cop, Left Alone, US Bombs, and The Last Gang.
